Dear Costa Mesa Friends,

Thank you very much for re-electing me to another term to serve as your City Councilwoman.  I plan to work hard to serve you for another four years.  Balancing the budget, keeping us safe, making sure our streets are in good shape and our parks are kept up are priorities.  I also want to work with the other council members and support their projects and ideas.  Tackling issues like homelessness and its effects on our public safety and budget, as well addressing issues we have at motels on Harbor and Newport Blvd. are  on my "to do" list.  If you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know and I would love to meet you at City Hall or a local coffee shop.

Again, thank you.  Thank you everyone who volunteered and helped in so many different ways. And thank you for voting for me!

Looking forward to beginning a new chapter in my life and in our great City when the new City Council is sworn in on Dec. 7.

In God We Trust.

Sincerely,

Most sincerely,
Wendy Leece

OC Supervisor John Moorlach agrees that state’s billion dollar pension problem cannot be solved in Costa Mesa.  I am committed to pension reform, however, I contend […]

Police officers go pink for the cure

Costa Mesa police officers gathered outside the Susan G. Komen office Thursday afternoon wearing pink shirts in honor of breast cancer awareness month. They will be donning pink shirts, instead of normal white undershirts, underneath their uniforms for the entire month of October. Costa Mesa police association president Allen Rieckhof, from front left, Susan G […]
